Some days, everything clicks.

Your energy is steady. Your pace feels effortless. You finish your training feeling strong, confident, and knowing your body responded exactly the way you hoped.

Then, a week later, nothing has changed. You're following the same training plan, putting in the same effort, yet your energy disappears, your legs feel heavy, and everything becomes a struggle.

Why?

That question has fascinated me for years.

It's what first drew me to study health science. It's what continues to shape my work as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. And it's what eventually led me to create Vital Motion Wellness.

As an endurance athlete myself, I've experienced the frustration of training consistently while still feeling like something wasn't adding up. I knew there had to be more to performance than simply training harder or eating "better."

The deeper I explored the science of nutrition and human physiology, the more I realized that most athletes aren't struggling because they lack motivation or discipline. They're struggling because they're trying to solve a dynamic problem with static advice.

That realization changed the way I think about nutrition, and it's the philosophy that guides every athlete I work with today.

I don't believe performance comes from following the perfect meal plan.

I believe it comes from understanding your body, recognizing its patterns, and building a fueling system you can trust through every season of training.

My Approach

Evidence-informed. Experience-guided.

Every coach has a philosophy.

Mine is built on one belief:

Performance isn't built through perfect nutrition. It's built by creating a fueling system you understand, trust, and can repeat.

As endurance athletes, we're often taught to look for the next nutrition strategy, supplement, or meal plan. But lasting performance rarely comes from finding the "perfect" answer. It comes from understanding how your own body responds to training, learning from those responses, and building a system that evolves with you.

My role isn't to give you all the answers.

It's to teach you how to find them.

At Vital Motion Wellness, success isn't measured by perfect eating or flawless execution.

It's measured by steadier energy, more consistent training, better recovery, and the confidence that comes from knowing your body is prepared to do what you're asking of it.

Because when you understand your body, you stop chasing perfect days.

You start building a performance system you can trust.
