Fueling Foundations
You are doing the training. Early mornings, long duration, high intensity, and back-to-back sessions. You are consistent on paper but you still can’t predict how each session will feel. Some days are breezy and others feel like you are dragging a truck uphill.
This isn’t a fitness issue. It’s a fueling issue.
Fueling Foundations is here to solve that problem. In this 10-week program, we will bridge the gap between training and nutrition to build a fueling system that adapts when training load changes, life gets busy, and when race season demands more than usual. You will finish this program knowing how to read your body, respond early, and fuel with confidence.
Three Capacity Framework
-
Does your energy intake scale with your training demand?
Support means aligning fuel availability with the work you’re asking your body to absorb so it can adapt rather than conserve.
-
Reduce inconsistency without rigidity. Your metabolism and nervous system function best with rhythmic input.
Stability isn’t a rigid schedule, it’s a reliable rhythm that helps your system regulate more efficiently.
-
Gut capacity under training stress. The GI tract adapts through repeated, progressive exposure - just like muscles do.
Tolerance is built early and systematically, not improvised the week before a race.
